Our Team
Etemen Design operates through a leadership-led model, guided by senior female leadership with over 15 years of professional experience across regional and international markets, including corporate backgrounds within Big Four professional services environments.
While women remain underrepresented in senior leadership roles across the global advertising and marketing industry, female-led agencies continue to demonstrate strong governance, long-term vision, and disciplined decision-making. Globally, women hold approximately one third of senior management positions, with even lower representation at agency leadership level. In the Middle East and North Africa, female leadership within branding and marketing remains limited but steadily growing.
Against this backdrop, Etemen Design is built on structured thinking shaped by consulting standards, accountability, and strategic oversight.
